Can I claim a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Yes, you can initiate a refund claim within 3 days of the delivery date by sending an email to support@wagglemerch.com with your reason for the return or refund.
How soon can I expect refunds to be processed?
Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@wagglemerch.com. Cancellations after 48 hours cannot be accepted as the order will already have been dispatched.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@wagglemerch.com within 3 days of delivery. Include videos or photos as proof of damage. Once we verify the damage, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Without proof, we cannot process a refund. What if the product received is not what I ordered?
If you receive a product that is different from what was ordered, please email us at support@wagglemerch.com within 3 days of delivery. After verifying the discrepancy, we will provide a shipping address for you to return the product.
